What is a consultation?

  • One-time comprehensive evaluation to understand your holistic mental health treatment options and how to then integrate these into your current mental health care
  • After our consultation, continue following up with your trusted PCP or psychiatric provider for your on-going mental health care  
  • Available for adults (ages 18-64) in Florida or Pennsylvania who currently have a mental health provider

  • Book appointment for your comprehensive evaluation
  • I review your prior records before the comprehensive evaluation

Comprehensive Evaluation

  • We learn more about you and discuss how to holistically optimize your current mental health treatment
  • Extended evaluation options available to fit your needs

Follow Up

  • Written report of evaluation and recommendations for you and your mental health provider
  • Complimentary care coordination call with your mental health provider

Consultation Service

Recommendations to optimize your mental health through personalized, holistic, healing approaches.

I provide recommendations for incorporation of an integrative approach (eg botanicals, supplements, testing, lifestyle, mind-body-spirit integration, alternative medicine approaches etc) into your current mental health treatment. 

 

This is a great option for those not interested in a Nature’s Flow Psychiatry membership or happy with their current providers but still wanting to add a holistic approach to their mental health.

 

After the evaluation is complete I provide a written summary including recommendations which are given to you and your psychiatrist or PCP.

We have one 110-minute consultation with possibility of an additional 50-minute appointment if needed to finish the evaluation.
